Never received Totem email invitation

Totem invitations are sent via email from a totem-sa.com domain. If you should have received an email invitation, but did not, please confirm the following:

• The correct email address was applied when sending the invitation
• The email invitation did not go to your spam/junk folder
• The email invitation was not caught by your email security/quarantine mechanism
• totem-sa.com is added to your trusted email sources

If you have confirmed each of the above but still are not receiving an email invite to Totem, please contact support.
