Continuous Monitoring statuses
You’ll notice within the Continuous Monitoring module that tasks are grouped into different completion statuses. This guide explains the differences among the statuses and how a task is grouped into one or the other.

- Active: These are tasks that have not yet surpassed their due date. Alternatively, these are tasks designated Ongoing or As Required that have not yet been recorded as Complete.
- Overdue: These are tasks that have surpassed their due date without being recorded as completed. If a task does not have a due date, it will not appear as Overdue.
- Complete: These are tasks that have been manually recorded as Complete. Only tasks marked Complete will appear in this group. After being market Complete, tasks with a specified frequency (e.g., Monthly), will move back to Active when the next due date approaches. Tasks designated as Ongoing or As Required will remain Complete unless you specify a next due date. See our guide on moving tasks from Complete to Active for more.
- Archived: These are tasks that have been manually archived, as they are now OBE, on hold, or otherwise no longer needed. Note: a feature for hard deletion of old Continuous Monitoring tasks is coming in a future release! For now, please archive unneeded tasks. Archived tasks can be moved back to Active at any time.
