What is the Audit Log module?

The Audit Log module allows a user with "audit-view" permissions to see logs of all changes that have been made to the organization, organized by time, newest to oldest.

Who can see the Audit Log?

Any user with the "audit-view" permission can see the audit log entries.  By default, the "Owner" and "Authorization Official" roles have these permissions.  To manage user permissions and roles, see this tutorial.

Can I export or forward the Audit logs?

The audit logs cannot be exported.  The logs may be forwarded out of the Totem™ CCM tool using API calls.  Submit a support request to inquire with Totem about configuring the API to allow log forwarding.
